A propulsion assembly comprising a hub (101), a plurality of fins (3) moveably connected to the hub such the dihedral angle of each fin can be controlled over a working range, a first shuttle (453) and a second shuttle (443), each moveable by means of an actuator, along an axis coaxial with the axis of the hub (C-C), and a plurality of dihedral linkages (13) each connecting first shuttle (453) with one of the fins (3) arranged such that upon movement of first shuttle, the dihedral angle of each fin (3) is varied.
