PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure highly accurately and efficiently a shape of the inside of a structure such as a nuclear reactor. SOLUTION: This plant structure shape measuring device is equipped with a pedestal (measuring module 10) wherein a laser marker 12 and an underwater camera 13 are fixed approximately in the same direction; a driving mechanism 4 provided movably up and down and turnably along the shaft of a mast part 5, and movably in the orthogonal direction to the shaft of the mast part 5, for moving the pedestal in each direction by a control signal and transmitting position data following the movement; and a remote unit 1 for performing control of movement and attitude of the pedestal and irradiation control of a laser beam X by giving a control signal to the driving mechanism 4 and the laser marker 12 through a cable 8 inserted into the mast part 5, and generating three-dimensional data of a measuring portion P by acquiring an image imaged by the underwater camera 13.
