<p>A plastic composite member is provided to realize excellent mechanical properties and high durability during a continuous storing condition as evidenced by an alternating climatic test or blooming test, and to prevent generation of agglomeration or separation. A plastic composite member comprises: (i) at least one thermoplastic polymer layer; and (ii) a reaction product layer adhered to the thermoplastic polymer layer, wherein the reaction product layer is formed from a reaction mixture comprising: (a) an isocyanate selected from the group consisting of (a-1) isocyanate group-containing prepolymer obtained from a reaction between at least one triphosphate, at least one ester group of which is a hydroxy-functional alkoxylate, and at least one isocyanate and having an isocyanate group content of about 5-45%, and (a-2) organic diisocyanate; (b) a compound reactive to isocyanate in the case of (a-1), or a mixture of at least one triphosphate, at least one ester group of which is a hydroxy-functional alkoxylate, and a compound reactive to isocyanate, in the case of (a-2); (c) a catalyst; (d) a foaming agent; and (e) at least one of supplementary components and/or additives.</p> |
