PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high-quality printing results by making an impact to be incurred onto recording paper minimized, and preventing printing irregularities. SOLUTION: A spur roller 24 has on its circumference a plurality of projections 24a which come in contact with an image formation face of the recording paper. When a straight line connecting the rotation center of the spur roller 24 with the vertex of the projection 24a is made L1, a tangent (tilting side) directed upstream in a rotation direction of the spur roller 24 at the vertex of the projection 24a is made L2, a tangent (tilting side) directed downstream in the rotation direction of the spur roller 24 at the vertex of the projection 24a is made L3, an angle (tilting angle) defined between L1 and L2 is madeθ1, and an angle (tilting angle) defined between L1 and L3 is madeθ2,θ1 is larger than an absolute value ofθ2.
