<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminating the labor of taking out a package of paper patent files in application information management. <P>SOLUTION: This case display apparatus comprises a case storage part for storing case information including the bibliographical information of an application case, pending information related to the presence or absence of the pending of the application case and the progress information of the prosecution history of an application, a case status definition master storage part for storing, by corresponding to prescribed determination items, status information indicating at least either of the pending information and progress information of the application case, an input part for receiving information including the case number of the application case to be displayed, a case information acquisition part for acquiring the corresponding case information from the case storage part on the basis of the case number, a status information acquisition part for acquiring the status information that corresponds to a determination condition corresponding to the case information acquired from the case status definition master storage part on the basis of the case number, and a case screen information generation part for generating display output data by combining the acquired case information and the status information with the corresponding bibliographical information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
