<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to conveniently and readily enjoy Internet shopping. <P>SOLUTION: An authentication key generation part 305 generates an authentication key unique to session ID and merchandise ID. A module generation part 306 generates a module for selling merchandise including the authentication key and merchandise information. After a distribution page including the module is distributed from an external server 200, a request determination part 307 acquires a request relating to merchandise purchase from a user terminal 100 through the module. An authentication part 308 authenticates that a request relating to merchandise purchase is a legal request from the session ID, the merchandise ID, and the authentication key included in the request acquired by a request determination part 307.
