PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caliper body provided with a high heat exhaust performance. SOLUTION: The disc brake caliper 4 is provided with a first half caliper on the support side and a second half caliper on wheel the side 20, 24 and at least one of the half calipers includes an accommodating seat including prevailing extension axis which defines axial direction X-X. The caliper is provided with at least one inclined bridge element 40 suitable for structurally connecting the first and second half calipers 20, 24. At least the one bridge element 40 defines prevailing extension direction S-S extending in substantial longitudinal direction which is inclined by a predetermined angle A with respect to axial direction X-X.
