MAGE-A1 PEPTIDE PRESENTED BY HLA CLASS II MOLECULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isolated MAGE-A1 peptide binding HLA class II molecule, and a functional variant of such the peptide.

SOLUTION: Provided are the HLA class II peptide encoded by MAGE-A1 tumor-related gene, the nucleic acid encoding such the peptide, and the antibody associated therewith. The peptide stimulates the activity and proliferation of CD4+T-lymphocyte. The peptide is used for the method and product for diagnosing and treating symptom characterized by the expression of the MAGE-A1 gene.
