The air vent has vanes (10a-10e) uniformly distributed between transversal walls (7) of a receptacle (3) that is situated in a cylindrical body carrying a disc (24). The vanes are pivotably mounted on axles (11a-11e). The vanes form transversal projections increasing with the distance separating the vanes from an orifice (5) of the receptacle. The vanes fill the receptacle in a direction from the orifice to the wall (7).
