<p>PURPOSE:To simplify an installation and to lower the maintenance cost of the installation, by arranging a circulative aerating pipe extending from the lowermost floor to the uppermost floor in a lofty building, and feeding drain from each floor to the lower portion of the pipe on the descending side. CONSTITUTION:Drain from each floor a lofty building 1 is introduced through a conduit 7 into a sewage vessel 8 on the lowermost floor 2, and then through a screen 10 into a crude water vessel 5 by a pump 9. Thereafter, the drain is further introduced into the lower portion of a pipe 4 on a sewage-descending side and circulated through a pipe 4' on a sewage-ascending side into a reservoir 13 by a circulating pump 14, while the drain is aerated with air from the aerating stream inlets 11, 11' of an aerating pump 12 communicated to the pipes 4, 4' as well as the crude water vessel 5. The aerated water is carried from the reservoir 13 or the upper portion of the pipe 4' through a sludge-separating vessel 16 and a filtering vessel 17 to an elevated reclaimed water vessel 18, and reserved therein.</p> |
