摘要 A method for producing a functional master batch using a nanosilver fine charcoal composition is provided to obtain non-woven fabric or polypropylene sunshade film having excellent anion- and far infrared ray-emitting and antibacterial effects. A method for preparing a functional master batch using a nanosilver fine charcoal composition comprises the steps of: (i) introducing 300 g of silver ingot into a dissolution container, adding nitric acid thereto to dissolve silver, agitating the resultant silver solution with 100 g of stannous chloride dissolved in 100 ml of hydrochloric acid, adding 150 g of zinc oxide dissolved in 500 g of caustic soda solution(pH 13) to the silver solution to adjust the pH into a neutral pH of 7.5, evaporating water from the neutralized solution to obtain a silver salt as powder, dissolving 150 g of the silver salt into 300 ml of water, adding 150 ml of hydrogen peroxide thereto to perform vigorous decomposition of silver and to obtain a silver solution, and mixing 600 g of the silver solution with 200 ml of ethyl alcohol and 200 ml of isopropyl alcohol to obtain a nanosilver solution; (ii) dissolving 1,000 g of non-pulverized fine charcoal, 10 g of hydrochloric acid and 5 g of stannous chloride in 200 ml of water, impregnating fine charcoal with the nanosilver solution, and completely ionizing silver in the fine charcoal composition, followed by drying and pulverization to obtain 1,000 g of nanosilver fine charcoal powder; (iii) impregnating 1,000 g of tourmaline powder with 500 g of the nanosilver solution, followed by drying and re-pulverizing it to obtain 1,000 g of nanosilver antibacterial tourmaline powder; (iv) mixing 1,000 g of a polyethylene resin with 500 g of the nanosilver solution to impregnating the PE resin ships with the silver solution; (v) introducing and mixing the nanosilver fine charcoal composition, nanosilver tourmaline powder and PE resin chips, in an extruder, extruding the composition, and cooling the extruded composition in the form of multiple strands with a thickness of about 3 mm, followed by cutting into chips with a diameter of 2 mm and a length of 3 mm and packaging.
