PREPREG AND LAMINATES AND PRINT WIRING BOARD USING THE SAME

A prepreg, a laminated plate, and a print wiring board adopting the prepreg are provided to secure the low dielectric property of the prepreg in a high-frequency region by impregnating a fabric cloth with aromatic liquid crystal polyester or applying aromatic liquid crystal polyester on the fabric cloth. A prepreg is composed of a glass fabric base material and aromatic liquid crystal polyester impregnated in the glass fabric base material. The aromatic liquid crystal polyester is at least one selected from a group comprising polymers. The first polymer is obtained by polymerizing aromatic hydroxy carboxylic acid or ester forming derivate thereof, aromatic dicarboxylic acid or ester forming derivate thereof, and aromatic diol or ester forming derivate thereof. The second polymer is obtained by polymerizing the same or different aromatic hydroxy carboxylic acid or ester forming derivate thereof. The third polymer is obtained by polymerizing aromatic dicarboxylic acid or ester forming derivate thereof and aromatic diol or ester forming derivate thereof. The fourth polymer is obtained by polymerizing aromatic hydroxy carboxylic acid or ester forming derivate thereof in crystalline polyester such as PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate).
