<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injector that is securely operable and keeps its holder removably installed on the injector. <P>SOLUTION: The injector comprises an outer tube body 21a and a mouth 21b opened at the leading end of the outer tube body to communicate with this outer tube body, an injector including a gasket 23 sliding within the outer tube and a plunger 24 connected with the gasket and coming into and out of the outer tube through its rear end opening, a finger-hooking flange 25 arranged near the rear end of the outer tube body and formed independent from the outer tube body, a part 26 erected from the finger-hooking flange and installed on the outer tube, and a holder 3 having a diameter large enough to allow the outer tube insertion into the lumen, is attached to the outer tube and has a helical line pattern on its inner circumferential surface and the face of an area surrounding the mouth.
