<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat belt control device capable of retracting a seat belt preferably without impairment of the watching and listening to an AV by an occupant while ensuring the safety of the occupant as the seat belt is detached. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular seat belt control device for controlling a seat belt device capable of retracting a seat belt for restraining an occupant seated in a seat by a drive motor comprises a restraint state detection means for detecting whether or not the occupant is restrained by the seat belt, and an occupant get-off will detection means for detecting the get-off will of the occupant. The seat belt device is controlled so that the seat belt is retracted by the drive motor if the get-off will of the occupant is detected by the occupant get-off will detection means after detecting the release of the restraint state of the occupant by the seat belt by the restraint state detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
