PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable power plant. SOLUTION: The power plant is equipped with a fixed board 1 which has a plurality of electret electrodes 2 on its surface, a movable electrode 5 which has a counter electrode 6 provided to face, at a specified interval d; the electret electrode 2 installed on its surface; a movable part 4 which is provided to move on the fixed board 1 and to move in synchronism with the movable board 5, when the counter electrode 6 moves in an X direction (direction shown by an arrow 10a), while keeping the specified interval d; and a magnet part 3 which is embedded in the fixed board 1 and is provided so that attractive force acts between itself and the movable part 4. Here, the movable part 4 is so arranged as to return to its original position (specified position 8) receiving the attractive force acting between itself and the magnet part 3, even if the movable part 4 moves from the specified position 8 on the fixed board 1 by receiving external force.
