<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supporting an optimum quick decision of lot integration for manufacturing for orders for a plurality of products of different manufacturing specifications in the same manufacturing lot, in terms of one or more evaluation index values. <P>SOLUTION: The method has an evaluation index calculation model creation and retention step (S201) of creating and retaining models of calculating one or more evaluation indices representing requests for production, a production schedule input step (S202) of inputting data on a production schedule of products, an evaluation function input and retention step (S203) of reading in and retaining an evaluation function describing requests for lot integration in the form of a function of the evaluation indices, an optimum manufacturing lot integration decision step (S204) of deciding lot integration by optimization calculations minimizing or maximizing the value of the evaluation function for the product production schedule, and an output step (S205) of outputting the decided lot integration result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
