<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality control system for a photoelectric conversion device, which enables control of manufacturing steps and control of inspection result of the photoelectric conversion device to be performed easily and totally by a simple and low-cost device. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the photoelectric conversion device includes: a means for stamping a first mark on a surface of a transparent substrate, having durability with respect to the later steps; a means for controlling the later steps by the first mark stamped on the transparent substrate; a means for stamping a second mark on the surface of the transparent substrate, which is excellent in visibility; and a means for controlling the later steps by the second mark stamped on the transparent substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
