<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share a memory and software between different versions. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is equipped with the memory 72 which stores control parameters of a plurality of kinds of apparatuses into predetermined addresses for each kind of the apparatuses, selecting parts 400 and 700 for selectively designating the addresses of the memory 72, and a control means which performs control of the whole apparatus on the basis of the control parameter stored in the designated address. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
