PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which makes heat-resistant plating used for high temperature lead-free without using poisonous lead for a human body. SOLUTION: The cylinder type piezoelectric vibrator 1 includes: a metal casing 9 which can contain a piezoelectric vibrator 6; a plug 2 which is joined to an opening end of the metal casing 9 and carries out hermetic sealing of the inside of the metal casing 9; and two lead terminals 4, 4 which penetrate the plug 2 and project from the bottom while being connected with an excitation electrode 7 of the piezoelectric vibrator 6. A plating layer 10 comprises: a first plating layer 12 made from tin (Sn) and copper (Cu) which is formed on metal material; a second plating layer 13 made from silver (Ag) which is formed on a first plating layer 11; and a third plating layer 14 made from gold (Au) and tin (Sn) which is formed on the second plating layer 13.
