PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive check device which is composed of a small number of components, and which comprises a case having an internal space provided with a pressure fluid, a shaft rotatably provided in the internal space of the case and having the side of one end extended out to the outside of the case, and a flap provided on the shaft. SOLUTION: Either an insert molding method or an outsert molding one makes the flap 59 formed in a metallic rod 61 which constitutes the shaft.
