PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure for fitting an exterior member to a case which is not increased in number of components and applicable to even a small exterior member. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal includes a speaker 5 to output a speech, and also includes the exterior member 20 which has magnetism at least at a portion 22 and is detachably fitted to the case 6 with the magnetic force of a magnet that the speaker 5 has.
