PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device with superior communication quality that generates no echo by reducing an echo signal component included in a transmission signal to be transmitted. SOLUTION: An opposite-phase speech signal 13A output from a speaker 13 to a back side is guided into a structure 11 and its signal level is adjusted, then the speech signal 13A is output from the speaker 13 to a front side, is passed through outside the structure 11 and coupled to a speech signal 13B to be input to a microphone 14, thereby the speech signal is canceled and the level of acoustic coupling between the speaker 13 and microphone 14 is reduced.
