A discharge display panel for performing stable addressing is provided to suppress the electrical damage of output transistors due to large power by stabilizing overall output transistors according to an initial signal. A discharge display panel includes a Y driver for driving Y electrode lines and an address driver for driving address electrode lines. The Y driver includes a switching output circuit(SIC) and a capacitor(CM). The switching output circuit, including upper and lower side transistors, connects common output lines of the upper and lower side transistors to respective Y electrode lines. The capacitor is formed between the upper and lower side transistors. During an initial operation, after applying an initial signal to control terminals of the upper and lower side transistors, electric power is charged to the capacitor.
