USER GROUPING DEVICE AND USER GROUPING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is no method for grouping users on the basis of RFID information acquired by the users.

SOLUTION: An RFID group memory section 40 stores an RFID group structure. The RFID group structure is a structured data body of a plurality of RFID groups, locations and time read out from RFID tags and RFID related information are associated with each other in respective RFIDs. The RFIDs are grouped based on the read locations, and the RFID group structure is hierarchically structured by grouping based on the read time. A proximity estimation section 80 estimates a proximity between an RFID group for a first user and an RFID group for a second user. A user grouping section 82 groups the first and second users into the same group when a proximity is smaller than the designated threshold value.
