PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine file names of video streams in a discontinuous manner. SOLUTION: Management information on the latest recording scene is read in and a file number (N) is detected (S3). The recording time t(min) of the latest recording scene is detected (S4). The file number N(=t+n+1) of a file name of a scene to be recorded next is set (S5).
