PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash capable of reducing the cost of a portion for discharging water outdoors from a sill. SOLUTION: In the sill 11, inner and outer rails 31 and 32 are formed in an orthostatic shape on a top surface, and a lower wire screen frame 33, which is arranged on the downside portion of the wire screen 4, is formed on an outdoor side portion. The lower wire screen frame comprises a wire screen frame-extended portion 33a which is protruded toward an outdoor side from an outdoor surface of the outer rail, and a wire screen rail 33b; the outer rail has an outer-rail drain outlet 32a for discharging water flowing on the top surface of the sill; the extended portion 33a has a slot-like wire-screen-frame drain outlet 33c; a drain valve member 37 is mounted below the extended portion on the outdoor side of the outer rail and below the extended portion; and a body portion 37a, which communicates with the outer-rail drain outlet and which is equipped with a valve body portion 37b for the outer-rail drain outlet, and a drainage portion 37c, which closes the wire-screen-frame drain hole and which is equipped with a slit portion 37d with a plurality of longitudinally-formed fine pores, are integrally formed in the drain valve member.
