A method and a system for providing a magazine service by using a contents push method are provided to offer contents, of which the download is set up, to the mobile terminal of a user at daybreak, and perform the future payment charging of the contents when the user refers to the downloaded contents, thereby enabling the user to reduce time and cost required to download the contents and improving user's convenience. A magazine service system comprises a mobile communication network(200), a contents server(300), and a charging server(400). The mobile communication network connects a mobile terminal(100), in which application is automatically executed at a predetermined idle time zone, to a specific contents server preset by a terminal user through a data network. The contents server provides specific contents preset by the terminal user to the mobile terminal connected through the data network of the mobile communication network at a predetermined idle time zone of the mobile communication network. The charging server performs the future payment charging of the specific contents provided to the mobile terminal at the idle time zone when the reference checking message of the terminal user for the specific contents is received.
