A height adjustable device for a prefabricated form panel is provided to lift and lower the form panel by fastening or releasing an adjusting bolt sustaining a rod fastened to a lifting frame. A height adjustable device for a prefabricated form panel comprises a body(20), a lifting frame(30), and an adjusting bolt(40). The body shapes into a hollow 'J' and includes a passage(21), a rod(24), and a threaded portion(25). A plurality of conveying balls(22a) are installed in the passage. The rod is installed at the top of the body and supported by a spring(23). The threaded portion is formed at the bottom of the body. The lifting frame, which is fastened to the body by a bolt(31), slides up and down at one side of a panel support(11). The adjusting bolt is driven into the threaded portion of the body to press the conveying balls. The pressed balls lift the rod, and the height of the form panel is changed.
