A silanylamine-based compound is provided to show excellent electrical characteristics and have good charge transfer capability, thereby being useful as a material for forming a hole injection layer, a hole transfer layer and/or a light emitting layer of a fluorescent and phosphorescent organic light emitting diode. An organic light emitting diode comprising an organic layer including the silanylamine-based compound is provided to show high efficiency, low voltage, high brightness, and long life span. A silanylamine-based compound is represented by a formula(1) and is prepared by reacting a compound represented by a formula(1a) with a compound represented by a formula(1b), in the formulae, X is a single bond, substituted or unsubstituted C1-30 alkylene, substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 arylene, or substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 heteroarylene; n is an integer from 1 to 5; Ar1 and Ar2 are independently H, substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 heteroaryl; and R1, R2 and R3 are independently H, substituted or unsubstituted C1-30 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 alkynyl, substituted or unsubstituted C1-30 alkoxy, substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aryloxy, substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 heteroaryl, provided that at least two of the R1, R2 and R3 adjacent to one another may linked to one another to form a saturated or an unsaturated ring. An organic light emitting diode comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode; and an organic layer interposed between the first and second electrodes, wherein the organic layer includes the silanylamine-based compound.
