A plasma display module and a display device having the same are provided to radiate heat generated from a panel by attaching a heat-radiating sheet to a chassis. A display panel displays an image. A driving unit drives the plasma display panel. A chassis(130) is formed to support the display panel and the driving unit. The chassis is divided into two or more parts. The driving unit includes a driving board and a flexible cable. A driving circuit is formed in the driving board in order to drive the display panel. The flexible cable is formed to connect the driving board with the display panel. The chassis includes a chassis body(131) and separable chassis(132,133) to be separated from the chassis body.
