The invention relates to machine building. A vertical impulse machine for metal forming contains a frame installed on the bed with possibility of reciprocating displacement. The frame includes upper cross-beam connected by columns with lower cross-beam. In the lower cross-beam an expansion cylinder with a stock is located. Stock is made with a cavity and a shank with axial and radial channels. The shank of stock is located in the deepening of the bottom of expansion cylinder. In the bottom of expansion cylinder is made a boring with drainage holes, in which a spring-opposed control valve is located. In accordance with the invention, on the bed, at least, one pneumatic cylinder with cover is located. The plunger of pneumatic cylinder is connected with bottom of expansion cylinder and is made with a flange limited by cover of pneumatic cylinder. In the bed the containers are made which are filled with liquid, in which the lower ends of the columns are installed which are made each with a cavity, check valve and bypasses. The invention provides for increase of output and reliability of operation at simultaneous reduction of metal intensity. |
