METHOD FOR OBTAINING OF ANTIGEN FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF BIRD NEYSERIOSIS

摘要

A method for obtaining of antigen for diagnostics of bird neyseriosis comprises the obtaining of bacterial mass, isolation of antigen fraction and sensibilization of formalined erythrocytes. The daily neyseria cultures are used as bacterial mass. The inactivated mixture of microbial cells is centrifugated, the coc’s or ram’s formalined erythrocytes are sensibilized with adding of supernatant liquid of bacterial cells.
