FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: vertical piler comprises multistory frame with transport trays for manufactured articles, tray reloading mechanism, camera for thermal treatment of articles and transfer carriages; piler is also equipped with additional frame with transport trays for manufactured articles and camera for thermal treatment of articles. At that the frames are located in many tier passages and connected to each other with double arm yoke, this yoke is equipped with a mechanism, rack and gear pivotal around the central support and driven with hydraulic rams. Walls of many tier passages and transport carriages are equipped with support frames having throw-over stop latches with limit stops. Driving hydraulic rams are connected to one of the arms of the yoke, to one of the frames and to the rack, and their hydraulic pumps are controlled by electronic system to which limit stops of the stop latches are connected. Hydraulic rams are symmetrically placed on both sides of the frame and attached to it by means of a lever mechanism. Rack moving hydraulic ram is connected to the rack by means of two arms lever and movable bushing with stop pin. ^ EFFECT: reduction of power input at transporting of fabricated articles and increase of device hoisting capacity. ^ 5 cl, 1 dwg |
