As the lower layer it is brought nitride of titanium, silicium and aluminium, contains 9-10% of aluminium, as the upper layeris is brought the nitride of titanium, silicium and aluminium, contains 6.3-7.0% of aluminium. The application of the cover is done by three situated in horizontal plane evaporator, two of which are opposite evaporator contain titanium and silicium, and situated between them evaporator contains titanium and aluminium.
