FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: alloy on the nickel on the base has good correlation of strength and corrosion-resistance to oxidizer, and can be used for producing the nozzle device of gas-turbine engine. The alloy has the following ratio, mass %: 10-25 cobalt, 20-28 chromium, 1-3 tungsten, 0.5-1.5 aluminium, 1.5-2.8 titanium, 0.8-1.45 niobium, 0.001-0.025 boron, up to 0.4 zirconium, 0.02-0.15 carbon, the rest is nickel and incidental admixture. The alloy contains tantalum in amount less then niobium, at that Nb+0.508Ta arrange 1.15-1.45 or doesn't contain tantalum. ^ EFFECT: it is ameliorated the plasticity and bondability without worsening the casting property. ^ 14 cl, 2 tbl, 6 dwg |
