FIELD: engineering industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: frame includes stator blade crowns with rotor blade crowns between them, which rotate round the X-axis. Radial outboard rotor blade edges are found near the inside surface of the frame. Frame includes the main element and element combination lying opposite one of the rotor blade edge. The element combination in its turn has a plate made of the material with cellular structure and cover on the plate's side faced from the blade so that the cells are open in the direction of blades. Cover has the holes which make the cells open. The stated above cover closes some cells of the plate creating the closed cells. There is a space between the plate and the inner surface of the main element. It is preferred to use this frame as an axial flow compressor frame of low pressure as part of the turbojet engine. ^ EFFECT: clearing surging and increasing of the stability to the latter. ^ 11 cl, 5 dwg
