FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: conveyor comprises poles, endless closed on drums belt designed with a load bearing and idle branches, rollers assembled on poles, the said rollers rotate around axis and support the belt. Load bearing and idle branches have identical downward deflections. Belt edges are made with outward projections which are plane slanted from the side of the lengthwise axis of the conveyor. The rollers are made as pulleys coupled to each other in pairs with the endless closed flat belts; the belts are able to interact with flat slants of edge projections. Cylinder rollers in plan located between the pulleys are assembled between the edges of the load bearing and idle branches and are able to interact with both branches simultaneously. ^ EFFECT: there are achieved simplification and reduction of cost of conveyor design and the possibility to locate the break of the inclined conveyor belt. ^ 2 dwg |
