FIELD: medicine; oncology. ^ SUBSTANCE: method consists in macroscopic evaluation of tumor nodules and all axillary lymphatic nodes in patient's surgery material, tubular and trabecular structures of infiltrative component and calculation of probability K index by formula: K=Tr/Tub, where Tr is the amount of trabecular structures, Tub is the amount of tubular structures, and "2" is assigned if the structure is detectable, whereas "1" is assigned if the structure is undetectable.
