FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of machine-building and may be used in electrochemical dimensional processing of metal parts. Method includes supply of electrolyte by two flows to the borders of part processing zone in the clearance between electrode-tool and part, hot flow of electrolyte is supplied into the beginning of processing zone with temperature that exceeds the temperature of electrolyte conductivity threshold, at that electrolyte motion is directed into the end of processing zone, and cold flow of electrolyte is sent into the end of processing zone until electrolyte temperature is reduced less than the temperature of electrolyte conductivity threshold. Device contains electrode-tool with channels for supply of electrolyte to the part processing zone, at that channels are installed along the borders of part processing zone and are connected with mains of cold and hot electrolyte supply via distributor, and in places of exit from channels there are temperature detectors installed, by signals of which regulator performs control of dampers, which control quantity of electrolyte. ^ EFFECT: increase of accuracy of parts cavities processing with alternating allowance and expansion of field of application. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg, 2 ex |
