<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which allows an administrator for the processor to be automatically registered from among users thereof and can perform a prescribed notification to the administrator without making general users conscious of the prescribed notification. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor 1 includes: an authenticating part 43 for performing personal authentication about the user of the image processor 1; a first judging part 45 for judging whether the user is the administrator of the image processor 1 on the basis of a set operation of the image processor by a personally authenticated user; an administrator registering part 47 for registering the user judged to be the administrator; a second judging part 51 for judging whether to execute a prescribed notification on the basis of a result of personal authentication by the authenticating part 43 and a reference result of the administrator registering part 47 when the prescribed notification to the administrator is desired; and a notifying part 53 for executing a prescribed notification when the user personally authenticated by the authenticating part 43 is judged to be the user registered in the administrator registering part 47. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
