<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel management device and a travel management system of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The travel management device of the vehicle comprises: a storage means for storing a continuous travel time judgement reference value of the vehicle, stop determination time of the vehicle and the total break time reference value; a measurement means for measuring travel time and stop time of the vehicle and a control means for inputting a measurement value of the measurement means, wherein the control means, when the stop time for once, measured by the measurement means is beyond stop determination time and is less than the total break time reference value, accumulates the stop time as the total break time, when the stop time for once, measured by the measurement means is less than the stop determination time, accumulates the stop time as the total continuous travel time, when the stop time for once is over the total break time reference value, resets the accumulated total continuous travel time and the accumulated total break time, when the total break time is over the total break time reference value, subtracts a part of time amount of each of the total continuous travel time and the total break time and when the accumulated total continuous travel time exceeds the continuous travel time determination reference value, determines it as excess of the continuous travel time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
