PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble a downward semicircular duct formed by combining a curved plate curved into the semicircular shape and a flat plate on site, and to secure easiness in fixing the duct to a building structural material, with respect to a heat collecting duct disposed on a ridge part of a roof applying a roof surface as a heat collecting face. SOLUTION: The downward semicircular duct disposed on the ridge part of the roof applying the roof face as the heat collecting face, and formed by combining the curved plate 4a curved into the semicircular shape and the flat plate 4b, a U-shaped hardware 27 composed of side wall portion 24 and laterally-facing pieces 25, 26 positioned at upper and lower parts of the side wall portion 24 is fitted to an end portion of the flat plate 4b, and an end portion of the curved plate 4a is pressed from an outer side by a projecting plate 29 projecting from the side wall portion 24 of the U-shaped hardware 27 in the direction along the same.
