<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apartment house fuel cell system which can detect and control an operation status (a necessary hydrogen amount) of a fuel cell stack installed in each individual house in an apartment houses and can improve an operation efficiency and to provide its management method. <P>SOLUTION: The apartment house fuel cell system is provided with fuel cell stacks 5 which are installed in each individual house of apartment houses and generate power and heat from hydrogen, a lot of fuel processors 3 which are installed in a common installation and generate hydrogen by reforming fuel and supply hydrogen to a supplying module consisting of a lot of houses through a piping, a controlling unit 10 which are electrically connected with a detecting unit 11 to detect an operation load status of the fuel cell stack and control an operation of each of the fuel processors based on a detected information received from the detecting unit, and a common conversion unit 20 which takes in excess hydrogen produced excessively in the fuel processor 3 through the piping and convert it into a common electric power and thermal energy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
