PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein the load of an inside power source, such as battery, becomes concentrated by the new addition a communication part, when integrating a flow rate detection part or a shutoff valve and the communication part, to constitute a gas-blast circuit breaker. SOLUTION: The gas-blast circuit breaker confirms whether a control part 103 is controlling the flow rate detection part 101 or the shutoff valve 102; outputs OFF (Low) as a transmission allowable bits, if the control part 103 is controlling the flow rate detection part 101 or the shutoff valve 102; and outputs ON (High) as transmission allowable bit, if the control part 103 is not controlling the flow rate detection part 101 or the shutoff valve 102.
