The servo unit has an actuator to manipulate a control member which is connected to the actuator. The control member is connected to an output shaft which swivels around an axis of rotation. A magnet (28) connected to the output shaft, produces a magnetic field and a fixed magnetic field sensor (32) detects the magnetic field. Besides the first magnet, a homopolar aligned auxiliary magnet (29) is provided overlaying the magnetic field. The distances of the magnets are selected so that the magnetizing force between the magnets always lies above a switching value. |
