PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress current pulsations which are periodically generated based on pulsations of load torque, and to improve the output efficiency of a motor.
SOLUTION: An inverter 2 variable speed-drives the motor 3, which periodically drives a load 4 having the torque pulsations that accompany rotation. A control means 6 controls the inverter 2. In the control means 6, a current pulsation detection means 7 detects the current pulsations which flow from the inverter 2 to the motor 3, based on the torque pulsations of the load 4 and which occur periodically. A multiplier 13 converts a speed command inputted from outside into an electrical angle and outputs an inverter frequency command. A current pulsation correcting means outputs a frequency compensation amount so that the current pulsations which the current pulsation detecting means 7 detects become small with passage of time and combines it with the inverter frequency command that the multiplier 13 outputs so as to correct it. This correction result is integrated, converted into electrical phase and is outputted to the inverter 2 as a PWM control signal by a waveform generating means 9.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
