The exchanger has channels (K1) following one after the other from an inside to an outside, where two exchange media (A, B) are admitted to the successive channels in countercurrent manner. A feeding equipment such as radial ventilators (RLK, RLWK), pumps or feed membranes, is attached and/or integrated in the exchanger. The channels are routed in covers or adapters such that channels match segmental connection areas of the heat exchanger.
