<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent freezed fixing or operational malfunction of a throttle valve 4 caused by freezing of water stuck or stayed in the vicinity of the throttle valve 4. <P>SOLUTION: The periphery (especially, the lower part of the valve) of the throttle valve 4 is directly heated up by guiding the heated clean air to the inside of a throttle body 3 after clean air filtered by an air cleaner 2 is heated with coolant (discharged heat of an engine) flowing in a tube of a radiator 41 at an intake air heating section 6 arranged in the middle of an intake air guide duct 5. Thus, freezing of the throttle valve 4 can be prevented since condensation on the periphery of the throttle valve 4 is prevented from generating. Instable combustion of the engine can be prevented since the clean air is guided into a combustion chamber of the engine via an intake air passage 13 instead of recirculating exhaust gas flowed from the engine to the intake air passage 13, and troubles of the engine such as engine wear can be also prevented from occurring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
