<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resolution conversion device for executing not only resolution conversion processing by equal resolution conversion magnification but also resolution conversion processing by using various resolution conversion magnifications. <P>SOLUTION: The resolution conversion device is provided with a resolution conversion magnification setting acceptance part 1 for accepting setting of the resolution conversion magnification C(m) of a line m of an image as the object of resolution conversion for each line m, and the resolution of the image is converted according to the resolution conversion magnification C(m) of each line m whose setting has been accepted by the resolution conversion magnification setting acceptance part 1 for each line m of an input image I input by an image input part 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
