PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic resin composition for obtaining an acrylic resin film in which surface hardness, heat resistance and transparency are excellent, no whitening is observed in a molded article and trimming processability upon molding is excellent. SOLUTION: An acrylic resin composition comprises specified two kinds of a rubber-containing polymer (I) and a rubber-containing polymer (II), wherein the rubber content is 25 mass% or more and the gel content is less than 70 mass%. The acrylic resin film using the composition, a delustered acrylic resin film for thermoforming, a photo-curable acrylic resin film and laminated body are also disclosed.
